This spacious, modern apartment is situated right on the edge of the Riviera golf course, and some of the rooms overlook the fairway.  It is in a beautiful setting with views over the surrounding hills and is a wonderful place to spend a holiday, for both golfers and non-golfers.  There is an attractive swimming pool with a wide terrace for sun-bathing. The building is less than ten years old and the apartment itself has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, as it is regularly used by the owners and is not an investment property.  It has two balcony terraces with furniture for outdoor meals and there is secure underground parking for three cars. The apartment has full air-conditioning, providing cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter.

The apartment is on the first floor and is larger than most 3-bed apartments, having 1400 sq ft of living space and 600 sq ft of terraces.

Bedroom 2 (130 sq ft): 2 x 3 ft twin beds, en-suite bathroom and toilet

Bedroom 3 (120 sq ft): 2 x 3 ft twin beds, en-suite shower room and separate toilet

All rooms are air-conditioned and all have French windows to the terraces.
